The practitioner will use a series of hand positions to shift energy in whatever part of the energetic body needs movement. There are seven major energy centers and each one governs a different part of the energetic body, that also relates to the emotional body and physical body. A pendulum is used to check in with the energy centers and essential oils and crystals can also be used.

The practitioner will do a verbal check in prior to the session and will share any insight, words or images received with the client at the end of the session. Exercises to help shift energy relating to the energy centers will be discussed as well. This type of session can be done in person or virtually. 

Breathwork techniques will be practiced next, to either stimulate your nervous system or relax it. Some stretching and other somatic exercises will regulate the physical body. Once the nervous system and physical body are centered it's time to engage the mind! You can choose from a variety of decks of cards to use for your card reading, for example there is tarot, goddess cards, and positive affirmation cards. The last bit of time is used for stream of conscious writing and guided mediation and/or reflection.

The practitioner will give you a guided writing prompt for you to complete or will lead you through a meditaiton. A centering session is great for when you need a clear mind, and balanced nervous system so you can access your intuition when making a life decision or just need a reset in general. This type of session can be done in person or virtually.
